During permitting of a mixed use 40B project on Ayer Rd., The Harvard Selectboard requested that MHOC purchase and develop a site in the center of Harvard walking distance the town common. The Towns goal was to create more multi family hosing near the center.

The site was challenging with steep topography and no town sewer service, however, MHOC Overcame these challenges, designed and built 4 three-unit townhomes buildings with creative engineering and the use of multiple terraces and stone walls.
